A suite of high-performance Linux command-line tools written in Rust for managing large filesets locally and across remote hosts, with parallel execution and adaptive metadata throttling for shared filesystems.

The suite includes rcp (fast local and remote copy), rrm (optimized recursive removal), rchm (recursive permission and ownership changes), rlink (hard-linking for dataset management), rcmp (fileset comparison), and filegen (test data generation).

Remote copies use SSH to launch transfer processes and TCP connections encrypted with TLS by default.
